the years 2009 and 2010, developed Vinaròs Ecologists in Action a huge field effort to update the existing architectural heritage in the area Soterranyes Vinaròs Baixas, affected by a municipal industrial park project. This effort was embodied in a document entitled "Architectural Report I dry stone huts. Soterranyes Baixas area, polygon 43 of Vinaròs (Castellón). Comunitat Valenciana. The report updated the Ecologists in Action V of Soterranyes sector, according to the classification established in the monograph Meseguer Vicente Folch entitled "Architecture pedra popular dried Vinaròs terme." On October 8, 2010, with check number 10139 / 10, we informed the City of Vinaròs to the report, by delivering a copy of the letter and Mr. Mayor. In this way we wanted to record the architectural heritage of the area (to be studied in depth), also call for the expansion and updating of the "Catalogue of Goods, Real Estate, an urban, historic and artistic elements of Cultural Interest (catalog real and protected areas), and the adoption of appropriate and necessary precautionary measures for the conservation and protection of property discovered in Soterranyes Baixo, part of the cultural heritage of Valencia (according to Law 4 / 1998 and its amendments). With repetition and for the third time, it sought the annulment of the "Special Plan Land Reserve Municipal Heritage", given the enormous wealth of heritage, environmental, and agricultural landscape of the area Soterranyes.
Subsequently, on October 20, 2010 and after a call from the City Council of Vinaròs (Department of Culture), several members of Ecologists in Action and Property Owners Association in Defence of Soterranyes is met with municipal officers (departments Urbanism and Culture) and officers of the company-ARETE EVREN to discuss the project. Note that the said meeting did not attend any member of the Governing Board. After several hours of discussion, where we were invited to support the investment project and its "supposed benefits, failed to reach any agreement because the municipal position was unshakable (or yes, curious condition for a project born perverted from its inception).
November 2010 Vinaròs City Council made public through its website (http://participacion.simaria.net/vinaros/web/index.php), the archaeological survey for environmental assessment of the Special Plan Soterranyes. What is our surprise that it, in its section "ethnological study", used without permission, our location data and photographs, incurring therefore a clear crime of kidnapping. Also, not mentioned in our report in the paper / bibliography no express authorization for use with this order, it distorts the date of the report to disguise the plagiarism (our report was made public in October and includes it in the City the archaeological report dated September, funny!) public money is wasted (in March 2010, the City Council Vinaròs awarded the development of the industrial park project Soterranyes amounting to 807,500 euros) in an easy cut and paste from other publications (up to many errors) and poor performing a field effort that tends to downplay the archaeological and ethnological of Soterranyes.
remember that plagiarism is a crime [Intellectual Property Law (approved by Royal Decree 1 / 1996 of April 12 and amended by Law 5 / 1998 of 12 April]. Our requests
"The facts as we believe they constitute a serious crime against intellectual property.
